Composite durability with the flexibility of two magnetic stripes
This card combines the durability of composite material with the functionality of two separate magnetic stripes to create a versatile ID credential.
This card's uniqueness comes from its dual magnetic stripes, as the vast majority of "mag stripe" cards only have one.
Having two stripes (one half-inch stripe and one 1/8" debit stripe) offers the user more options: program the debit stripe to carry a small card balance for campus ID cards, and use the bottom stripe for access into dormitory buildings, for example.
The card is made of a durable composite material that is 60% PVC and 40% polyester. Composite cards are more durable than standard PVC cards, offering more resistance to heat as well — perfect for cards that will require heavy lamination.
- These cards aren't pre-programmed; any programming must be done on-site.
- Cards measure 2.13" x 3.38", also known as CR80 or credit card size.
- Composite cards handle extreme temperatures better than PVC cards, making these cards great for outdoor use.
- Cards ship in shrink-wrapped packages of 100 cards.
Feeling overwhelmed by too many magnetic stripes? We also offer composite cards with a single half-inch HICO magnetic stripe (SKU C60-VINYLHC).
