Our Basic ID card printer service plan offers one year of coverage for printers in our Value, Professional and Security tiers. For those unsure of their printer's tier, there is a helpful chart below that lists each manufacturer and model of printer, sorted by tier.

Customers who choose our Basic plan receive:

• Unlimited telephone and web help desk support to walk you through any problems you may encounter
• Free printer firmware upgrades as they are released
• Reduced pricing on replacement printheads and spare parts
• A discounted repair and labor rate
• A flat fee for use of our expedited printer loaner service
