    Product Description

Please note: JetPak cards require a laminating pouch to create a fully finished ID card. For this insert, we recommend using laminating pouch F87-73CWP.

Get a better ID card with JetPak™, exclusively from IDenticard™.

JetPak ID cards are made of a durable synthetic paper, and are designed to be more sturdy and longer-lasting than standard PVC cards.

This JetPak insert is a single-core insert measuring standard credit card size (CR80, 2.13" x 3.38"). The inserts are not slotted, allowing them to be used horizontally or vertically.

Please note that JetPak inserts ship two inserts per sheet; ordering a quantity of 100 (the minimum order quantity) will get you 50 sheets.

What is the difference between single-core and dual-core?

You'll see our JetPaks described as "single-core" and "dual-core." These "cores" don't refer to sides, but rather to the thickness of the card itself.

    • Single-core JetPak cards are made of a single layer of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 7/3 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 30 mils thick. We recommend these cards for customers that only want factory printing on one side of the card, with variable data printed on the other.
    • Dual-core JetPak cards are made of two layers of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 5/2 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 34 mils thick. The template for these cards can be configured to allow you to print both sides of the card in a single pass, saving time.

    Material makes the difference

The synthetic paper material that comprises a JetPak is the true differentiator between JetPak and PVC. This microporous material is more durable, more resistant to cracking and less susceptible to fading than standard PVC cards.

The material’s microporous nature enables it to absorb ink, allowing JetPak cards to be customized using a standard inkjet printer.

Yes, that same printer you have sitting in your office could be creating durable, high-quality ID cards!

JetPak cards are a two-part solution. First, you print your ID card on this insert. Next, the insert is popped out of a pre-cut sheet of paper and inserted into a laminating pouch. Finally, the pouch is passed through a laminating machine to create a fully finished ID card.

JetPak is perfect for secure ID cards

One of the main benefits of choosing JetPak cards is how easy it is to create them. However, there’s a big secondary benefit as well: JetPak cards are (in our humble opinion) the most secure ID card around.

We’re able to add nearly a dozen different security features to our JetPak cards, from text so small it can barely be seen by the naked eye to print that only appears under certain kinds of light. We work hard to make sure your card is as difficult to counterfeit as possible.

This security has led law enforcement and government agencies across the country to make JetPak their card of choice.

We can create a custom JetPak for you!

Our factories can print custom JetPaks for your organization, leaving just the variable data, like a user’s name and photo, to be printed on-site. We can print your logo, colors, text and more, making the insert unique to you. Save time and printer ink by having most of the work done for you by the time the inserts arrive!
