HID Fargo DTC4500e Card Printer

The Fargo DTC4500e is a full-featured card printer from HID® ideal for organizations printing a medium or large number of cards on a regular basis. It is a great solution for printing government ID credentials, student ID cards, corporate ID cards, membership cards and more.

The Fargo DTC4500e uses dye sublimation and resin thermal transfer printing to create vibrant colors, clear images and sharp text, creating a professional look on every card. Edge-to-edge printing covers the majority of the face of a card, leaving a small white border around the edge. A variety of ribbon types work well with the DTC4500e, including fluorescent ribbons, overlay ribbons and holographic laminate ribbons.

OPTIONS:

• Choose between single and dual-sided card printing capabilities based on your organization's needs
• Choose the Magnetic Stripe encoder to program compatible cards for use with card readers for granting access, making payments and more.
  
• Choose ethernet connectivity to enable the printer to be hooked up to a network and accessed by multiple users from a central location.

The Fargo DTC4500e is an upgradable printer that can grow as your needs grow. It is known as a "modular" printer, meaning optional add-on modules can be purchased to increase the printer's capabilities. This includes a lamination option. 

The printer is covered by a three-year manufacturer warranty and is eligible for additional protection through the purchase of a Tier 4 ValueCare or PlusCare Warranty and Service plan from PDC IDenticard.
